I TOOK OUT A LOAN WITH BOODLE. I FELL INTO ARREARS AND MADE PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS. ON THE 4TH SPETEMBER STATING I SHOULD SETTLE AMOUNT OF R3706.29 WHICH I DID ON THE 09/09/2013 AND THEN FORWARD PAYMENT DETAILS TO COLLECTION AGENT.

AGENT THAN EMAILED BACK STATING THATS NOT THE FULL AMOUNT THERES STILL ABALANCE OF R500 .

I ALREADY STRUGGLED TO PAY THIS AMOUNT AND NOW THERE IS EXTRA CHARGES. FROM WHERE AND WHY.

IT WAS THE WORSE MISTAKE TO HAVE MADE THIS LOAN AND NOW THEY ARE OVER CHARGING EVEN MORE INDEBTED PEOPLE.

PLEASE CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT BECAUSE THE MONEY HAS BEEN SETTLED ALREADY AS REQUEST
