Still Awaiting Policy documents

I opened a policy with Doves 2 months back, I was told my policy documents will take about 4 weeks to come. its been 2 months now and still nothing. I called numerous time the contact centre and was always told that they are coming. How hard can it be to just get my documents. This really makes me doubt their service. If this takes so long I'm really worried how's the service when I have to claim. I am very worried, I might think about terminating the contract.
