I called on the 22nd to amend few details on my policy, i spoke to Sibongile Xaba who sent me a form to complete, i then sent a form on the 22nd and requested her to confirm amendments, sent a follow up mail on the 23rd, 24th and 25th and she has not responded. I really am flabbergasted that even after sending a mail to [Email Removed] no one has responded to my email, i am paying you every month and i am wondering what will happen should i have to put in a claim when i can not even get a simple confirmation for amendments on my policy. When i enquired about the policy everyone was quick to assist and calling me and sending mails daily now that i need help no one seem to be available to assist. I am beginning to wonder if i made the right choice by choosing DOVES to take care of my loved ones..
