On Friday morning 22 November I called the number provided on my vehicle finance statement, I needed to transfer the excess amount to my account as I had a emergency for the funds, I was told by the call centre that I need to go into the branch, I went to Absa in Southgate stood in rows for 2 hours, and than was told that they will call vehicle finance, we than had to fax my bank statement to vehicle Finance, I was assisted by a lady by the name of Thandeka, who was very rude, she said the request had been processed and I received a update on my mobile confirming this... I waited until today Thursday 28 November to call Absa and advise them that I don't have the funds in my account, after 3 calls and more airtym borrowed from a friend, I was told by Elton that the request was not processed, and I need to fax again to his attention... I was In a car accident, and walking with difficulty, what kind of service is this? I need this to be investigated, and the service levels are disgusting... people pass the buck and really don't care how we get to follow up, I don't see why I should remain a client of Absa... now we have to wait a few more days for the
