Bad service received at ABSA

I was so appalled by the worst service I have ever received in my entire life from a financial services company. R 3000 was from my account on the 26 November 2013. I went to the ABSA at the Motherwell Branch where. I had opened my account to report it. When I got there I spoke to one very slow Ayanda ngqondi or someone. He took my ID and bank card and looked on his system for 10 min where the money was withdrawn. Only to tell me that I have to fill in a form and that there would an investigation that will take 14 days! I don't have the time to wait for my money that was. I requested to speak to his manager, Phumlani Mengu, a request I later regreted, because he took my ID and card and in to some room and came back 30 min later telling me the same thing! He then asked me to go into his office because apparently we had 2 things we could do, but unfortunately I never got to hear those options. As there was another customer who came in after me who was more important than me. I sat in his office for 2 hours! Until the bank closed, he was assisting this customer onlyy to be told that their system is offline they can't even print the form!
