MiWay's FACING ON-COMING TRAFFIC CLIENT wins case!

As I was driving home - MiWays CLIENT Drives onto the wrong side of the road-FACING ON COMING TRAFFIC and MiWay Still despite my car having crashed into another as a result of us driving on the right side of the road - seeing this lunatic coming straight to us and his blinding lights - we all escaped crashing into him and ended up crashing into each other and with police reports support and his statement agreeing to driving facing on coming traffic - MiWay found a way to say HE IS OUR CLIENT AND HIS CAR DIDN'T COLLIDE WITH ANY VEHICLE BUT YOURS' DID AND THERE'S NOTHING WE CAN DO ABOUT IT UNLESS YOU CAN PROVE OUR CLIENTS VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED IN THE ACCIDENT, YOU ARE CLAIMING FOR. So in that way I lost 3rd party claim against Mi Way's "DRIVING ON THE WRONG SIDE OF THE ROAD" client: JOHAN STEVENSON. "I have supporting documents and conversations to prove MiWays' reluctance to make payment where it's due."
