I have a personal loan and a credit card with them on monday the 25th November they debite my account twice when i tell them i was told to wait until the payment reflects on their side today i call them again i am told that how sure are they that they recieved my payment twice some lady i spoke with yesterday assured me that my money wuld be deposited into my account within 48hrs..i am now being inconvenienced because of some stupid consultant who did not do her job properly... i am so annoyed... today i was told that a supervisor would get back to me i am still waiting fo some one to get back to me evn now...
