REFUSAL TO CANCEL DEBIT ORDER

Ecently this company insisted theat they send someone out to physically take down my banking details to set up a debit order. wanting to settle this debt i complied but later got a call from another collection agency to have the same debt settled for a fraction of the amount. when i called them to cancel this debit order they advised that it cannot be done. please do not entertain any calls from this company and do not sign any documents they ask you to.
