Fantastic service

Following my daughter's recent car accident, the Dial direct team made a traumatic event far easier. From Nigel Neethling's efficiency processing my claim and arranging the rental car and then Sherabien Lamara and Nathan Vuyo at SMD very quickly removing the bluetooth and radio system from the car at the assessor's yard, the whole team were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble and they kept me informed every step of the way. I didn't have to chase up on any aspect once, in fact if anything I was the one who delayed any process. Fantastic service and a credit to Dial direct. Oh, and my daughter's keyring was also careful recovered and given back!! Thanks to you all for a job not well, but brillantly done!! I'm a customer for life!!
