Insurence does not want to pay my ca

I got an accident on the 29/ 09/2013, so the report from my insurence is, they do pay out because my car that I bought on july 2013 was declared unroadworthy. The garage did sent it to roadworthy testing and it passed. Now they are not helping me. My details: policy number ; PP14981, claim number; PP14981/001: MOTOR VEHICLE DAMAGE.
