Passing the Buck

As per my previous complaint, I was contacted by SAU, but with no help whatsoever.. I had no response from SAU until my complaint was lodged, to which SAU called me. My TP claim was lodged at the same time as that of the insured. To date the insured's claim has still not been finalized, as my claim is dependent on that finalization. I was then told that my car will not be repaired but that I will be paid out, because they do not repairs that my model of cars (which is a Corsa bakkie for crying out loud, not some alien vehicle). Now I am inconvenienced with no vehicle and now must spend my valuable time and money to get my car fixed. If there are panel beaters out there that can fix the car (quotes of this has been submitted), then why can this not be done. SAU now passes the buck onto me. How convenient. All I want is for my car to be repaired not all this. Can somebody out there let me know of a good attorney that I can use to take SAU to the cleaners and also use the opportunity to embarrass them. It normally takes about 7 working days to finalize claims with all other insurance companies, unfortunately this does not apply to SAU.
