Faxed proof twice but not refunded

I finished the bond in July 2013 and noticed end of September that FNB was still deducting the bond payments. I liaised with FNB and was advised that I will be refunded that money. I submitted forms and I was told that they were never received.

I submitted again together with my Nedbank Bank Statement but I am still waiting in vain, I haven't been refunded.

Can you please refund me because that money is due and payable to me and I also need it. A lady that I spoke to from FNB said I am unreachable on the cellphone, I have given my work number so many times and still fnb choses not to use it and use cellphone.

Please help asap
