AG CELLULAR WON'T GIVE MY MONEY BACK!!!

Ag Cellular called me regarding a cellphone. As i needed a cellphone and their prices where reasonable, I went along.
I received the cellphone but did not like it. The driver told me he was not allowed to return with the phone and that I must call Ag Cellular to collect. I did what I was told. The cellphone was collected on the 28th June 2013.
On Saturday the 29th, Ag Cellular deducted R199 and R230 from my account. I called them on Monday the 1st of July and told them that I returned the phone so why they were debiting my account. I first spoke to a lady by the name of Palesa and she was really rude to me and then I told her to put me through to her supervisor which she did. The Supervisor, Ntombi told me that I needed to send them my bank statement which I did send on the 3rd July 2013. On the 4th July she sent an e-mail that I must confirm that I returned the phone which i did by sending them a proof of collection. She then sent me another e-mail telling me that the R199 eont be refunded because it was for Sim card activation. They took the Sim card with them after i asked if i can keep it but they refused and now they won"t refund my money. Please I need full refund!!! ASAP.
