Forged my signature

This people forged my signature to obtain a garnishee order agaisnt me,
they send someone to my work place to get me to sign some documents, letter of demand and acknowledgement of debt debt, and baking details to debit my account. i refused to sign both the debit order consent form and the acknowledgement of debt as i intended to settle the amount in full, sfter the guy left i called them to ask for their banking details which they refused to give but promised to call me immediately their guy came in..the next thing i know is my HR department informing me of a garnishee by this company.

This against me and very unfair to me.
