24Hour Mobility Cellphone Insurance
So dissapointed!!!

I took this insurance cos I heard the turn around is 24hrs - I submitted a claim yesterday, provided them with all the documents they need. I was advised that I will get feedback within 24hrs... Wat a lie!!! I had to call them the next day and they still did not give me feedback telling me that they don't know... They also waiting for feedback, this is unacceptable! I am really not happy. Complaining on hello peter is just not sufficient!! 8803150278082
