This is my 1st time i put in a claim with you and this is the kind of service that i have to deal with. Whereas you advertise yourself to be the best on the market. Claim registered on the 12.11.2013 not even one call received from Bernice to update me of my claim. December is approaching and panel beaters are closing. I want this to be sorted as in yesterday my car needs to be fixed before December. Someone needs to call me and tell me what is happening???
