I put in a claim with Miway 2weeks ago with Velda Rodgers with the promise of feedback within 3 working days. 3days turned to 7days of no communication and only after i had asked for feedback on day 6 and day 7 and after complaining on twitter, did someone contact me. once contacted the consultant handled the communication between me, Avis and the panel beaters - Dent Tech, terribly. she changed bookings and dates with me around the panel beaters dates to cover up her mistakes of forgetting to call the panel beaters to confirm if parts had arrived in order to action my claim and also she forgot to action my claim for my courtesy car with Avis and after complaining on Twitter AGAIN, another agent called me and actioned my claim with Avis. I am highly irritated of with the service i have received from Miway and their lack of being the middle man between me and their 3rd party suppliers. i had to contact the 3rd party suppliers myself to confirm all arrangements around my claim and ITS STILL NOT SORTED OUT.

may i please get someone who knows what they are doing contact me and sort this out or i am changing car insurance providers
