Struggling with feedback from Miway

Hi,

I had an accident on the 5th of June. I am insured with my way, my car is with the panel beaters but I am struggling to get proper response from miway. I have sent countless emails and phone calls to my claim handhandler to no avail. I went to panel beaters yesterday, randburg club motors and they told me they only got authority from miway on the 27 June. I need help, I am now running between panel beaters and miway, I do not know who is right and who is wrong. I still do not have my car and I need to take back the courtesy car tomorrow.
