We recently moved from ABSA bank to FNB based on the fact that the word of mouth recommendation is so great. We deposited invetment funds and also an amount into a money market account. I specifically asked the teller (which didnt even greet as we approached her) to PLEASE note it as a special cheque clearance as the funds needed to be available by today 2013/11/16. This was requested at the vanderbijlpark branch on Friday 2013/11/22. I am really dissapointed!
