SPECIAL CLEARANCE OF CHEQUE

18/02/2013 - Chq was deposited with a request for "Special Clearance" - (No problem Sir - this will be attended to right away and you should have your money available within 3 days)
22/02/2013 - Not counting 18/02/2013 today is Day 4 - Still no money
22/02/2013 - Go to one branch then the other in the Mall. Mbali (consultant) has since established that no Special Clearance was NOT requested. Now 14 days to 'process' cheque???
I requested - Capitec must deliver!!
