Charges FOR?

I have deposited a Cheque at Westgate Branch yesterday and today I see that I have been charged R30 and R15? what is the R30 FOR? and also on my statement I see service fee is R66, what is this for?

I have also requested special clearance on the Cheque that I have deposited, I like to know why the R75 for special clearance is not deducted as I need to use the funds this Friday
