Nedbank Assist Programme, Fails to remove Judgment

I was in financial difficulty and approached the bank to help with my bond, I was told about the Nedbank Assisted Sales Programme, after many tears i decided to take up the offer, I sold my home at a lost and is still paying towards the bond even though the property has new owners, I fully understand and take responsibility for the debt, I was however advised by Nedbank that once the house is sold the Judgment will be removed from my name, sadly I find that it is still active on the credit bureau, they broke their promise my house is gone and the Judgment is still counting against me after I was advised it will just reflect as normal dept.it is now almost 3 years latter and numerous calls yet still no feedback. They don't consider the consumer and don't care about the difficult situation they putting me in
