Poor handling of claim and no feedback whatsoeve

My car was damaged in a hail storm recently. The assessor deemed the cost of fixing too much and therefor the car was written off.
As the car was still in perfect driving condition I wanted to buy the car back from Discovery, but this was not allowed. I had to hand the car over and then I can buy in back some time in the future when its put on auction.
I was informed that the insured amount will not be paid over until the car was not handed over. I have handed the car over on the 21st of November and is STILL awaiting payout.

During the whole process the claims administrator has been extremely unhelpful and impossible to get hold of.
I've sent numerous emails with questions. On some of them 1 of 4 questions would be answered and on others I did not even get a response.

I've also tried to call the claims administrator on 3 occasions. Twice I was told that she only starts to work after 9 and the other time she was just simply no at her desk. Not once has she returned my calls.
