After being failed by admin processes of this Insurance in various claims and ways, let me take this moment to compliment the Claims Administrator Ms Ganyane Metsing for her diligent, committed, excellent turn around time, keeping me in the loop with regard to the claim. It is not only about the speed and efficiency and good manners which Ms Ganyane Metsing helped me after I lost my cell phone but also about the intergrity she puts to her Job.
