Poor Debt Review service

One of the largest Bank in SA are the biggest bullies. I recently had financial difficulty where WesBank is my biggest Debtor. I didnt avoid calls or run away. I declared my situation and went under debt review. To My shock, The bank sends their collector to collect my car at my work place. The debt review Team claims they did not receive relevent documentation and terminated my application. I was traumatised and humiliated at my place of work. I literally sold all my possession and was homelss to comeup with R30 000 within 24 hours. After the overnight payment and asking for a reasonalbe payment plan. I was told to pay R11 000 monthly. I dont have that money and I willing to still pay what my budget can permit.

I have been a good customer. Yes People do face financial difficulty.but the humiliation and disrespect i receieved will never be forgotten. I requested a formal letter of cancellation and only received an SMS. Dont get me wrong I am not running away from debt but declaring that you facing is a consumer right.
