Payment Arrangements not possible

To day I called Wesbank to make arrangements with my arreas. I proposed a plan and they declined my plan. I had to apply for debt review just to save my car, but under debt review I will be incuring more arreas. I said to the lady that I would pay an extra thousand rand every month to bring down my arreas. BUt Wesbank does not want to accept this, she said if i cancel my debt review they will reposses my car immediately.

How is that helping the customer, I am repenting and trying to make good with the bank but they throw it all back in my face.
