I have taken up a smart device option from fnb. It was delivered promptly on the 11th of November. Three days pass but the sim activation does not take place. On the fourth day I call in to the call center and get told that by the end of week it will be done. To my despair nothing gets done. I call again on the 18th November and get told the same story that it will be done soon. The call drops in the middle of the conversation and the agent does not return the call so I have to call back and explain the entire story to another agent. The long and short of it is that I have made numerous calls and wasted my time because i am still at the place I started at. Poor poor service. Disgusting. Today is the 25th I was promised feedback and I received nothing.
