R350 - DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT

I did a search online for short term loans. After filling in everything and submitting my application, they withdrawn R350 from my account. According to them I "click" a box that gave them permission to take the money from my account... why would I in my right mind give them money if I need the money.. I phoned them and all that Im getting is... Mam you "click" the box.. I told this lady ..if you would told me I would have to pay R350 up front I would never "click" any box..

I don't want these people services and I did not receive any service whatsoever from these guys... I want my money back, I did not gave anybody permission to withdrawn it from my account.
