I have desperately been trying to change my debit order details (Mazdafin), due to the fact that i have been retrenched. I have no money and I have existing high stress levels. I obtained what I believed to be the correct email contact (directly from the call centre) in order to change this information, but it was obviously incorrect as I established several bounced emails later. My calls keep getting dropped (0860 669 669) and I am getting quite desperate. I need this information changed and honestly don't know where else to turn. Please help me.
