Hi

I have been trying to get a hold of your department for quite some time now and it is so irritating when you cant get through and when you do you speak to a consultant they tell you that they don't deal with that and will have to contact another department to source the information even thought the number was supplied by old mutual over sms for that particular type of query, for less than a minute before they have to put you on hold for over 7 minutes.

All i want to find out is how far my payment process is?? the last time i received an sms from you was on the 12/11/2013 it is now the 25/11/2013 with no further correspondence.

my policy is listed below.

Please can you do something about your staff as they have very poor attitudes and your call centre is seriously understaffed. how can you run a business like this. i don't even want to think what your abandoned rate is!
