Terrible Service - No contact for account cancel

I have been attempting to contact this company to cancel my account. I have submitted the form through their website with no response whatsoever and money has been taken out of my account on the 25th when I had asked them to take the money on the 28th this is terrible service and I merely wish to cancel my account.
