Unknown Debit Order by Stratcol

Good day...

I am so dissapointed by this company named Stratcol who debited my Nedbank account an amount of R299.99cent. They told me this is for their client and they gave me their client contacts and the client is not picking up and am wondering how they communicate with their cient named VCM DIRECT.Now i went to Nedbank to assist me reverse this nightmare and what an experience, i am wondering if this is how they treat their clients or what as the lady kept telling "we" take products and claim we dnt about them. If i have to move my account i will do so and i need my money reversed without drama and Stratcol must never ever have access to my account.

Please Nedbank help me reverse my money please. If i owe VCM DIRECT why dont they have to approach me??? this is daylight and i will not stand for this. I will do everything to have my money banked under my bed.

Stratcol Please assist, if your client is real let the client call me ASAP.

Please Nebank stop this and reverse my money if you still want me to bank with you.

Hope to have this sorted before 12th July otherwise...
