Still zero feedback 9 days from last report apart from:

"A formal complaint has been logged under the reference 373379 and escalated to our Wealth Segment whom will provide you with feedback"

If this is how you deal with your private clients, how do you handle the small ones?

Almost a month now since a) no cheque card to access my account although it was ordered on 31 October 2013 b) no banker to talk to or who contacted me c) no feedback at all as to my suite of products
