Upgraded bank account - now nothing

FNB "upgraded" my FNB Cheque account to FNB Private Clients about two weeks ago. Prior to that I was a normal FNB client, with no problems at all. (FNB is one of the banks we use)

At the same time the system ordered me a new debit/cheque card on my personal accoount. Do you think FNB can manage to make/deliver a new card within two weeks? Or have whoever is in charge of my account now contact me, talk to me about my new account and tell me whats going on, despite asking for them to do so (e-mail and call centre) to try and sort this out? Or just de-grade me to what I was before if this is too much to ask? Unhunh - no can do.

So now - a) I dont have card access on my personal cheque account, b) dont have a banker to talk to c) dont know what is going on

If whoever reads this is in charge of FNB Private Clients - this is not a joke - its really bad service and not what you would expect
