I have an account with Rochester Furnitures and it is being financed by JDG Financial Group. What happened was that in September I failed to pay my account on the last day of the month and only paid it on the 07th of October. I then learned later when I downloaded my ITC credit report from Transunion that it shows that I skipped a payment and hence a default. I also learned that it shows I opened another account with JDG in July. I then called Rochester to find out what the is happening and I was told that they changed the computer system they were using hence the other recently opened account. I was advised that the person who changed the system should have cancelled the first account before updating. This is the king of service that these companies offer to people. It's useless and so unprofessional. My credit score has decreased dramatically due to this nonsense. I edge people who want to buy from Rochester to be very careful. This was thei reply when I complained.
