STILL NO FEEDBACK - WHAT A BAD ORGANISATION

2 weeks later and still no feedback! Got calls and apology emails and asked by Essential Med to remove the complaint from Hellopeter, as they are busy sorting this out. Even got one of the "copy and paste" responses from the CEO. If it is even him that posts to the complaints.

But hey we are suppose to just pay our monthly premiums and take as it comes? My premiums are always paid, and always way in advance. Paid my premium yesterday by the way. A good client for nearly three years, no hospital claims, but no help received. Unbelievable. Original and last feedback from them below:

Dear Mr Swanepoel,
Although you are being assisted in regards to your wife's condition I just felt that I needed to write an email to you regarding the pre-authorisation.
I initially assisted with your pre-authorisation request. I sent the Mammogram to Elba at our ER24 Head office to advise on the matter.
My mistake was that because I don't deal with the actual authorisation I did not follow up on the matter which I should have and that was unacceptable.
I would just like to personally apologise to you and your wife for the inconvenience caused.
