6 months after accident - legal departmen useless!

Outsurance is SO quick to advertise and sign you up, yet they are totally useless when it comes to following up and sorting out incidents with the second party after an accident. We were involved in an accident where our car was written off. This was due to the other party, no fault of ours. We followed ALL the right procedures: filed a police report within 7 hours, took pictures of the cars, the roads, explained everything on the reports and up to today, Outsurance legal department has been absolutely USELESS to get this sorted out. They didn't delay the pay-out, that was done quick. Yet I demanded they sort out our excess with the other party and get our money back, as we were not at fault, yet after NUMEROUS emails, having had to email all the photos again and repeated conversations with the same people on their legal side, NO RESOLUTION! When I escalated this, the legal girl gave excuses, and had not even BOTHERED to pull the police report to read it, after 6 months of complaining to her, she STILL has not even bothered to look at the police report! I now know we will NEVER get this resolved! They have their money and just don't care about the client. Is THAT SERVICE???
