Nedbank not giving settlement lette

I requested a settlement letter on my loan on the 6th of August, i was told that i can call back the next morning with a reference number. i called back on the 7th they said that i will get it in the next 5min, i waited about 3 hours and called again, then i was old that i need to wait 48 hours for the letter, i insisted that i wanted the letter immediately, they again sai that it would take 5min another hour has gone by and still no letter.

I dont understand as these the hiden clause that dont get explained when you do take the offer. when i went to the bank to apply for the loan it didnt take 48 hours, it about 5min. now that i would like to pay the loan i must struggle to get a letter from them.

and the attitude of the people on the phone sux.
