I had a loan with absa which I settled in full to have them remove their name on my itc, but to date the account still reflects negatively on my ITC and its affecting my credit scoring, despite the fact that the account is settled, I have received letters from absa confirming that the account is paid off but I don't understand why cant they send the same information to the Credit bureau, as soon as you get any type of finance from them they are quick to update it but when you pay they drag their feet, I have been put from department to department and all I dealt with was aversive and useless consultants who does not want to take accountability nor assist, please fix this, call me and update me, because this is the fist channel I'm using to expose your incompetence, I will escalate the matter to all social networks and every means of communication I possible can
