Very rude consultant

I have a Standard bank loan account and I am currently unemployed (not because I want to be) so I am well aware of my account now being in arrears. I get a call this morning from the collections department at 7:30am. I was very polite with the woman even though she demanded that I make payments on the account. I explained that I am unemployed and cannot commit to a payment because I do not receive an income. She then proceeded to tell me to go and do peace jobs, sell my things or borrow money from family and just pay the account. I told her that she is the first consultant to give me instructions not knowing what my situation is, in which she still demanded payment. I then said that I do not want to speak to her and if anyone is to call me it should not be her. She responded by saying I will not like what the next person is going to tell me. I got very irritated by her and requested her full name and reference for the call, she then remained completely silent and ended the call.

I DO NOT APPRECIATE THE MANNER IN WHICH SHE SPOKE TO ME, PEOPLE LIKE HER SHOULD NOT WORK IN A CALL CENTER... I WOULD LIKE ACTION TO BE TAKEN ON THIS MATTER.
