Ben Kruger are you as CEO not aware of what is going on in your bank. Do you have an idea how many clients you are losing through the call centre method you force on clients. I have spent close on P800 phoning from outside of SA to follow up on a home loan application it has been declined/ closed of/ re instated I have received an email stating that loan has been granted if I accept amount offered next the loan was actually closed again, latest reason is that I am listed on Experian as a worse payer and when registering on Experian and doing a check it shows that I am classed in the top category so how is that possible. If you cannot assist and take action I will be paying your office a visit so that you can stand by while I am trying to get answers and then explain to me how you as CEO tolerate and entertain this type of service. I am really disappointed you write your mission on the Internet website your aim to please and assist clients this is double standards and false enticement by promising good intentions but not delivering basic decent service. Worst is how you delude a person with the excellent initial contact which makes the disappointment worse, shame shame on you as CE
