I have had such bad service from this department that I want to pull the hair out of my head of frustration. I went to them the first time in August - waiting period 15 days. Never heard from them for over a month. After many phone calls and emails I received a sms in October to say my application was declined due to fact that I can afford my debt?? Now I ask you - why would I go there if I didn't need help?? I lodged a complained and was told to re-apply, so I reapplied in Oct. Same story- many calls and sms to be told in Nov that my application was unsuccessful because I can't afford it??? So how does that work? One month you can't get a loan because you not in financial distress and the next month you can't get a loan because you are in financial distress?? Weird!!! So then I thought I would try and get a break period on my home account so that I can take that funds of my monthly premium and pay some debts for four months to try and make things easier. Faxed a letter the first time on 14 October. To be told on the 5th they never received it. I called again a few days later and they told me they have it now. Called again 3 days later to be told they now DON'T have it??? HELPPPPPP
