Hi, I have sent all the required documentation to Liberty to assist me with a very urgent matter, to try and see if they can convert our policy as separate two individuals because what was sold to us by the broker is not what we bought, we were shocked to find out that the product that we initially bought was not a correct one. I have requested liberty to assist in this matter because i have been a faithful client in paying my premiums since 2004 it about 9 years now. If this type of product or service was advised to me initially i would not have accepted such a cover because no one in their right sense can buy this. I have also requested them to remove the broker from our policy. This is very urgent should be treated in such a way the call centre first advised that their complaint turn around time is 48hrs but on is never kept informed. Please kindly handly this matter is a very special way, and give me feedback on the out come, i have paid a lot of money throught out the years to your company and i dont want to loose it eaither as one of your consultant said I will have to cancel the policy, there is no way in i will do that. Kindly come back to me
