Dissappointed Handling of withdrawal f

I reported withdrawals from my account over 5 weeks ago. This activity took place in the first place because Standard Bank somehow failed to cancel my card upon my request - even though they claimed it was done - after the card's security had been compromised. Now the matter was reported and it was promised to be investigated and resolved within 10 working days. It is now 5 weeks after the incident and neither refund of the money nor any report back has been received from the Standard Bank. This has affected my financial standing and frustrated my ability to do anything, particularly the mistrust of the banking system and the staff of the bank it has generated.
