Since May 2013 I have been assisting a friend to get his vehicle registration certificate. After numerous faxes and telephone calls he received an sms saying it was posted in 2005. This was definitely not received and we asked for a proof that it was posted. Since then we are being ignored. I called the call centre today (0860333340) selected option 5 and entered ext 9012554 - NO REPLY!!! I then called again and did not enter ext but selected archive dept - NO REPLY!!!
If it so difficult to provide a previous client with what is legally his, how can I expect that you can run a bank?
