There was a burglary at my place on the 15/08/13. Budget consultant came to my place on 02/09/13 regarding my claim. I did not receive any update until I contacted him on 12/09/13, he then called me and send me an email -
He said insurance is not going to pay because of the info that I gave when I joined 2009. I then asked him to send me the clip so that I can also listen to it. It took him long before he send it - (Bad service)

if I gave incorrect information that I am not aware of, why did the company accept the application for house hold and start deducting money? Policy could have been rejected then. Why do you wait for the claim??

.Why are you only focusing only on money but not updating and educating clients about your policy system.

In a nutshell On the 18th Nov 13 the same guy called me telling me they are going to deposit money that I have paid since 2009. Money will b deposited on the 21th Nov 2013 but at around 8pm - 18/11/13 I received a deposit sms of R 3148.51 and my claim was about R16 000. I am not happy at all because my goods are gone and balance is not going to be paid. I did not get anything in writing regarding this even from the Ombudsman. TX
