The light at the end of the tunnel

After some very shameful service from standard bank dept, I headed to my Branch which happened to be Clearwater, I sat down with a gentleman by the name of Nehemia Skosana, he did in 15 minutes what the dept could not do in 3/4 weeks. Thanks to Mr. Skosana the whole process was rectified and accelerated. To all the execs and head of departments at Standard Bank please give that man Nehemia Skosana a massive christmas bonus and a nice chunky salary increase for 2014.
