I Have sent an e mail to FNB seeking assistance in have a judgement against my name re moved. I was advised to send and email to [Email Removed] and request an affidavit. I have sent about ^6 mails and to this day I have not received any feedback and I was copying [Email Removed] in all the mails as I was previous assisted by the same person but the only responds received was " Please be advised that your request must be addressed to [Email Removed] and the attorneys Ramsurjoo & Du Plessis only. Refrain from including my e-mail address on your request."

How does one get assistance from FNB? do I have to complain through this channel when ever I need assistance from FNB?

I believe 6 mails is too much and wonder how that can be ignore.
