My car was 2 months ago and while everything was done above board the insurer still failed to satisfy the claim and up to now has not settled or provided relevant feedback for the claim. The car has been recovered the same day and was written off by the assessor 2 days later. All relevant documents including the settlement letter and de-registration letter has been submitted about 1 or 2 weeks later. Still no feedback received and neither has the claim been actioned. The insurance has not bothered to even call me to inform me of the progress while numerous emails have been sent from me to find out. To say the least this is unacceptable.
