I have been at the Reds nedbank branch two times to make sure that my internet banking is activated and ready to use. But guess what if I logon and want to create a beneficiary it tells me my cellphone is not authorized I must go to a branch to activate it. This is nonsense now I must go to the branch for a third time to activate this, it is unacceptable you are wasting my time and money.
